HOME COMPUTER REMOTE ACCESS ONLINE TUNE-UP SPECIAL

One of our specialized IT technicians will logon to your home computer by using remote access software. You must be available to communicate with the PC Support America Technician (either by phone or on live chat). You will be provided with a URL address to download the remote access software. You must also be available to provide a user login ID and password to the support technician.

The fee for the Home PC Tune-up/High Performance Configuration is $75 and must be paid before service can begin (one month of free support is included). The PC Support America Home Technician will perform a thorough system wide diagnostic check. The technician will remove all Malware infestations, viruses, secure your computer from malicious penetration, and will configure your computer to function at maximum operating efficiency. This entire process will take approximately two hours to complete; (if possible, you should be available for contact during this process, either my phone or live internet chat). To keep your computer secure and running efficiently, it is wise to have this service performed once every six months.

In rare cases, during the tune-up of your PC, the technician may discover a problem that can't be solved during the tune-up process. This can occur if a hardware problem is detected, such as a bad or flawed memory chip, a worn-out hard drive, a mother board component problem, or a bad peripheral board. Should a problem of this type be detected, the PC Support America technician will email you a notice and description of the problem.
